Long Term Care …for chronic care needs

Selfhelp provides compassionate, high quality long term care for residents who require more care than they are able to receive with our Assisted Living services. These residents, who frequently have complex, chronic health issues, reside in our Medicare certified health care center. Our long term care services include:

Wound care

Pain management

Tube feedings

Intravenous therapy

Memory loss care

Post surgical services

Physical, speech, and occupational therapy

Additionally, these residents receive assistance with a full range of personal needs, including:

Assistance with their meals

Dressing and undressing

Bathing

Other personal needs

Residents who live in our health care center receive compassionate care from experienced staff they have come to know and trust, and have a full range of activities to choose from, Residents have peace of mind knowing that around-the-clock care is delivered by an interdisciplinary team of experts. From our rehabilitation staff, to our nurses, aides, social workers and dietary team, we are dedicated to providing a personalized healthcare experience.
