Skilled Nursing…for acute care needs

Selfhelp provides compassionate, high quality skilled nursing care for patients with the most complex, acute health care needs in our Medicare certified health care center. Residents utilize our skilled nursing services to recuperate after surgery or a prolonged illness until they can be released back to their permanent residence, which may be in Selfhelp’s independent living or assisted living units.

Our skilled nursing services include:

Tube feedings

Intravenous therapy

Memory loss care

Post surgical services

Physical, speech, and occupational therapy

Residents receive compassionate care from experienced staff they have come to know and trust. Residents have peace of mind knowing that around-the-clock care is delivered by an interdisciplinary team of experts. From our rehabilitation staff, to our nurses, aides, social workers and dietary team, we are dedicated to providing a personalized healthcare experience.

Residents receive care in a modern health care center with comfortable private and semi-private rooms. Each room features wall-mounted flat screen televisions with individual remotes. Furnishings are traditional in style and give each room a warm and inviting feel. Creating a restful and soothing environment assists the healing process and promotes a sense of calm.
