When one is diagnosed with a chronic medical condition, not only do they need to prepare medically, but they also need to prepare legally. This session will address important documents such as Powers of Attorney, Trusts, and Wills. It will also address important questions such as what legal options are available in planning and paying for long-term care? How can Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care insurance, and personal care contracts maximize one’s quality of life?
All are welcome! For $5.00* – 1.0 CE Credit will be awarded to Illinois nurses, social workers, and professional counselors. Payment may be made during registration.
