There is no need to be a resident of The Selfhelp Home to take advantage of our Outpatient Therapy. We are open to the community and welcome patients of any age. You will have 1 on 1 therapy designed just for you, get the attention you need to reach the results you want.

The Selfhelp Home has partnered with HealthPRO® Heritage, a leading provider of therapy services, to offer comprehensive rehab services & health education.

Selfhelp offers 1 on 1 Therapy, always. Outpatient therapy can help when you have trouble sleeping, frequent falls, loss of balance or trouble with memory.

Ensure that your apartment is set up to promote safety and independence. Learn to navigate the community and have a trained therapist assess your safety with all mobility in your new environment.

FALL PREVENTION PROGRAMS

Receive an individual assessment by a licensed therapist of your risk for falls and help to address both intrinsic and extrinsic risk factors.

PAIN MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS

The comprehensive pain management programs help those suffering from acute and chronic pain find relief and get back to the activities they love. Therapists utilize exercise and therapeutic modalities to help reduce your pain.
