Residents may choose from a variety of floor plans for studio and one-bedroom apartments with an extensive range of amenities. Our modern, spacious apartments have individually controlled heat and air conditioning. If you need a little more help down the line, we understand. There is no need to move to different part of our building. Our Assisted Living services come to you in your apartment.

We’ve taken care of all the necessities including housekeeping, meals and activities all in one monthly rental fee:

Skilled Nursing Respite
$450 daily rate | Maximum 2 week/14-day stay

Respite room location is not guaranteed and will be determined by availability

What is a Short-Term Therapy Respite?
  • A private pay option offered for hospital patients who need short-term rehabilitation but have been discharged to their home and Medicare does not cover short-term rehabilitation
  • An option to extend a current stay at Selfhelp for Short-term rehabilitation when insurance coverage has ended
Rehabilitation Unit
  • State-of-the-art therapy gym

Application Process
  • Prospective residents are asked to complete an application including financial application and medical evaluation.
  • A personal interview with facility staff assures that each resident is comfortable with our facility and that we can provide the appropriate services and meet each individual’s needs.
