Skilled Nursing Respite
$560 daily rate | Maximum 2 week/14-day stay
Respite room location is not guaranteed and will be determined by availability

What is a Short-Term Therapy Respite?
- A private pay option offered for hospital patients who need short-term rehabilitation but have been discharged to their home and Medicare does not cover short-term rehabilitation
- An option to extend a current stay at Selfhelp for Short-term rehabilitation when insurance coverage has ended
Rehabilitation Unit
- State-of-the-art therapy gym
- All private suites with private bathrooms
- In-room dining
- Complimentary WIFI
- Rooftop deck and beauty salon
- Selfhelp maintains a kosher kitchen but is not under supervision (Glatt Kosher meals available upon request)
Independent Living Respite
$315 daily rate for a maximum 60- day stay
Included in the Daily Fee
- A furnished, modern apartment with all the amenities of home
- Three meals a day
- Daily exercise/activities
- Transportation
Assisted Living Respite
$435 daily rate for a maximum 60- day stay | Assessment required
- A furnished, modern apartment with all the amenities of home with just the right amount of support
- Three meals a day
- Housekeeping and laundry
- Daily exercise/activities
- Transportation
Hospice Respite

Application Process
- Prospective residents are asked to complete an application including financial application and medical evaluation.
- A personal interview with facility staff assures that each resident is comfortable with our facility and that we can provide the appropriate services and meet each individual’s needs.
Additional Information:
- Signed respite contract and full payment must be completed prior to admission
- Credit cards are accepted
- Selfhelp maintains a kosher kitchen but is not under supervision.
