We are delighted to announce the appointment of our new Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director, Mark Dubovick.
Mr. Dubovick brings an exceptional breadth of knowledge of senior living communities, with 23 years of experience in Long-Term Care and Aging Services. Known for his innovative approach to solving day-to-day challenges and his proven track record of driving significant growth, he is poised to make a substantial impact at The Selfhelp Home.
“We are incredibly excited to welcome Mark Dubovick as our new Executive Director,” said Steven Levy, Interim Executive Director and CFO at The Selfhelp Home. “Mr. Dubovick brings immense expertise and a wealth of experience that we believe will significantly contribute to the success of our organization.”
Mark holds degrees in Management Arts, is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), is a graduate of the 2021 LeadingAge Illinois Leadership Academy, and serves as a member of the Leading Age Illinois Assisted Living Cabinet.
His most recent position was as a Health Services Administrator at The Admiral at the Lake located in Chicago, IL.

Mr. Dubovick will officially begin his role in August, 2024. We are looking forward to having our families meet Mark in person!
