Short-Term Rehab Respite Options

Skilled Nursing Respite

$520 daily rate | Maximum 2 week/14-day stay

For hospital patients who have been discharged home and Medicare does not cover short-term rehabilitation and cannot manage at home.
An option to continue short-term therapy at Selfhelp after discharge and insurance coverage for therapy has ended.
Access to therapy through other insurance benefits or private pay.
Regular daily rates apply after 14 days
