- 12 oz Heinz Chili Sauce
- 12 oz Coca Cola
- Pour Heinz chili sauce and Coca Cola equally over the brisket.
- Sear the brisket with garlic cloves and a sliced onion on top.
- Sprinkle cumin, ginger, and allspice on top.
- Bake in oven at 300-325 degrees for 3 hours.
